With over 25 years’ experience leading people through M&A integrations, restructures, and enterprise transformation, I have worked inside complex change where timing, judgement, and sustained performance matter deeply. My background includes senior leadership roles within global organisations such as Honeywell and Danaher Life Sciences, where transformation was lived under pressure and carried real consequence.

The true value lies in how leaders read and respond to change as it unfolds.

I work alongside leaders in live change through focused advisory, targeted leadership development, and diagnostics that reveal where capacity is strengthening and where additional support will accelerate outcomes.

My approach is grounded in Energy-Smart Change Leadership™ and informed by my work as a Fellow of the CIPD and a Emotional Agility Practitioner trained by Dr. Susan David at Harvard Medical School. Emotional agility provides leaders with the discipline to stay clear, grounded, and decisive during complexity, treating emotions as data rather than directives.

When leaders develop the inner steadiness to read what is really happening in themselves, in their teams, and in the wider system, they make smarter strategic moves. Outer momentum becomes a consequence of that steadiness rather than something forced through effort or control.
